Building your brand, as a musician, is harder than you thought, right?
Today’s music world demands more than talent. Success also depends on knowing how to market your work, connect with audiences, navigate social media, and create diverse income streams. These are not skills most musicians learned in school, yet they are essential for thriving in a rapidly changing industry.
In my work, I help musicians bridge that gap by combining artistic growth with practical strategies for career sustainability. Together, we’ll focus on approaches you can put into action right away to strengthen your professional presence and open new opportunities.
MUSIC EDUCATION INNOVATION
Dr. Vester was the founding director of the Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Musicianship and Entrepreneur Development (CMED) at Shenandoah Conservatory, one of the first programs of its kind to integrate musical training with entrepreneurship, business, marketing, and technology.
Designed to prepare students for today’s evolving music industry, the program continues to grow as a model for 21st-century music education.
